The tabs located on the upper surface of the channel suporting the rubber shock doughnuts are cut off, repositioned and rewelded with a 1.3" distance from the flat surface, to the center of the hole.  Verify that the negative angle, on the nosewheel fork, as called out in the manual, is correct.
