Our cowls are a perfect compliment to the engine packages. The front is shaped for maximum airflow to the radiators while minimizing drag and providing great looks.
Each cowl is complete with the following parts:

Lightweight left and right cowling halves

A single piece cowl flap

Fiberglass air ducts for each radiator

Fiberglass air duct for the oil cooler

The hardware kit includes:

Piano hinges to join halves together and for Cowl Flap
-
12V Linear actuator with push / pull hardware to operate cowl flap
-
3 air vent flanges and ducting for gearbox cooling
This cowling kit make the engine installation even easier and the cooling is perfect right out of the box.

The E-6 and E-6T SPORTSMAN engine cowl molds have been completed. The above cowl is the first example and still needs to be detailed, primed and painted. The results is a lightweight, good looking and highly functional cowling, providing great airflow to the engine cooling system. The cowling can be removed easilly. |
